Ask for the arrangements applicable to your project before agreeing to work.
Workmanship and manufacturer guarantees
Work carries a five-year workmanship guarantee. The 42mm luxury artificial grass has a separate ten-year UV-stable manufacturer guarantee. Resin bound installations use Daltex systems exclusively and are SUDS compliant; a separate resin manufacturer guarantee has not been supplied. Ask Adam for the relevant guarantee terms, conditions and claim procedure before the project is agreed. A guarantee does not remove applicable statutory rights.
Insurance and coverage
The business has £5m public liability insurance. Local installation areas include Retford, Worksop, Doncaster, Rotherham, Mansfield, Bawtry, Tickhill, Gainsborough and Newark-on-Trent.
